ISOMER is proud to announce the launch of the Jadharul Imaan Institute, a new madressa dedicated to fostering a deeper connection between children and their Deen. Under the esteemed guidance of Sheikh Majideh Essa—who previously led the Sunday classes at ISOMER— and Sheikh Nazeer Abdulla. This institute will initially offer two classes per week, with plans for expansion in the future. Both Sheikhs bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise, providing a rich educational experience that will nurture the spiritual growth of our youth. Join us in this exciting journey of learning and connection.
Sh. Majidih Essa
Sheikh Majidih Essa is a distinguished Islamic scholar and chaplain based in Melbourne, Australia, celebrated for his extensive educational background and commitment to community service. Before embarking on his studies at the Islamic University in Medina, Saudi Arabia, he memorized the Quran in South Africa, which provided him with a solid foundation in Islamic teachings.
With a wealth of experience, Sheikh Essa has lectured globally and taught in both South Africa and Australia. He has played an active role in the Melbourne Muslim community, notably serving as an Imam at the Lysterfield Mosque. Passionate about guiding the youth, he specializes in counseling young adults, helping them navigate their spiritual journeys. At the Jadharul Imaan Institute, Sheikh Essa will provide inspiring leadership, fostering an environment where students can deepen their understanding and practice of Deen.


Sh. Nazeer Abdulla
Sheikh Nazeer Abdulla completed an undergraduate degree in Management and Marketing from Melbourne, after which he transitioned to South Africa to pursue advanced Islamic studies. He completed the Alim Faadil course and earned Ijaazah in Hadith. His commitment to education extends beyond traditional studies, incorporating NLP, coaching, counseling, and psychotherapy. He is also currently completing his Master’s in Education.
In South Africa, he worked for a Board of Ulema, providing counseling and mediation for families and youth, while also lecturing on various topics of self-growth. Sheikh Nazeer is dedicated to inspiring youth and guiding them in practicing their Deen, recognizing them as the future custodians of Islam. He leads a team of passionate educators, all committed to providing the best possible learning experience for students.
